After seeing the unforgettable beach of Cayo Levisa I was quite sure that Cuba do not have another beach like that to offer. But I was wrong. The beach of Trinidad is just as beautiful. Just lying in one of the water lounger in the 30 degree warm water while watching the sun set, was already worth the whole trip to Cuba.
I can not recall when I ever I saw in my life a pink sky coloring like that. The photos look like oil paintings that can be bought on printed canvas. But believe me when I say no picture was in any way changed. The colors are real and it is just amazing like that.
When in the area of Trinidad, take some time to visit the city of Trinidad, the Nationalpark Topes de Collantes and plan in a lot of time at the beach. I was on a boat for a half day snorkeling trip. There was no other boat, tons of fishes and an amazing coral reef.
